End-to-end architect and design of solutions and/or services.

Datacoms/ Telecoms Health Check
This service provides a comprehensive review and analysis of the solution configuration, comparing it to Proximity developed best practice design guidelines, which take into account each vendors recommendations and reference architectures. Strategic traffic captures and log file analysis enhances this service and enables the identification of any issues within the environment.

VoIP Readiness Network Assessment
A two phase approach is taken to assessing the readiness of an IP data network to carry voice traffic. The first phase is an information gathering exercise where Proximity’s consultants review the data infrastructure in place to assess its capabilities to carry and prioritise voice traffic. A configuration review can also be included in this initial phase for customers who believe that their network has already been configured to carry voice traffic correctly. The second phase is optional and takes place when the network has been configured to carry voice. Network probes are deployed to simulate real time voice traffic streams across the various potential traffic paths and a report is generated to grade the quality of the voice experience.

Dial Plan Consultancy
Whether you need a dial plan designing from scratch or a plan to get an existing dial plan that’s getting out of control into some kind of order, this service caters for all circumstances.

Strategy Definition
Many businesses struggle to find enough time to investigate current and future technology trends and the capabilities of the multiple vendors, in order to define a well thought out strategy.
